The like-minded people who gather on Earth Day are our community. As of yet all of our community has not made the transition to clean, oil free transportation so we need you to help out. Your local events are an opportunity to build our Electric Vehicle and Bicycle communities.

Here are some of the things you can do to improve the results from this important month.

There is an Earth Day schedule below with a section for LA County and one for Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. We would be happy to add even more events outside our area. Just hit reply to this email and provide the information. We will be sending additional reminders as the events approach.

Some of the Earth Day events are focusing on transportation. This includes some of the Ventura ones, the Santa Barbara one and Manhattan Beach. You can help encourage that. Other events could use some help getting a good sustainable transport focus.
Please send us information about your area to add to the long list that follows.

It Takes an EV Driver to Make an EV Driver
and the same is true for Bicycle Riders
EV Drivers and Bicycle commuters really help people to see how they too can become part of the solution. Please make arrangements to bring your ride to one or several of these events.

There are two things that the Sustainable Transport Club can do to support your earth day activities.

One is to provide you with files for handouts and sign-up sheets. These help you get started with your information for your booth and to build your mailing lists to get more people involved. The links for that will be available soon. Please send an email if you are interested.

The other thing is to provide you with printed copies of the new book Energy and EV secrets. This book is designed to bring new people into the world of EVs. It has captured lots of information from many of the people in our network and presents it in engaging and readily understandable ways.

The book also has the potential to help cover your expenses that might go along with creating a great earth day EV experience. You can learn more about using that book by using this link:
